The experience

The Journey, Arranged Around You

Flying privately is about more than the aircraft. Here is what happens from the moment you leave home to the moment you arrive.

01 · Before you fly

No Queues, No Crowds

Charter flights leave from private terminals and general aviation aprons, so you arrive shortly before departure, clear formalities in minutes and walk to the aircraft. A chauffeured car can collect you from home, the office or your hotel.

02 · Catering

Your Menu, Your Timing

Tell us what you like, or what you can't eat. Meals, drinks and snacks are ordered to your preferences and dietary needs, and served when you want them, not when a trolley comes past.

03 · The cabin

Set Up For The Trip

Work around a table on the way to a meeting, sleep on a long flight, or spread out with the family. We match the aircraft and its layout to the journey, and brief the crew on how you like the cabin.

04 · Pets

The Whole Family Flies

Dogs and cats can travel in the cabin with you on most aircraft. Tell us when you ask for a quote and we'll check the destination's entry rules and the paperwork your pet needs.

05 · After you land

Onward, Already Arranged

Transfers, hotels, lodges and safari camps booked and timed to your arrival, with a helicopter or light aircraft for the last leg into the bush when there's no road worth taking.

Anything else you need on the way, ask. That's what the charter desk is for.
