By using navairchartersltd.co you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Navair Charters Limited in Kenya. Please don’t misuse it, for example by submitting false requests or trying to interfere with its security.

Submitting a trip request does not create a booking or any obligation for you or us. Prices are confirmed in a written quote, which states what it includes and how long it is valid.

A flight is booked only when you accept a quote and sign the charter agreement, which sets out payment, cancellation, baggage and liability terms. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.

Aircraft specifications, photos and flight times are typical figures for illustration. Actual aircraft, cabin layout, range and timings depend on the individual aircraft, payload, weather and routing, and are confirmed in your quote. Empty-leg flights depend on the original charter and may change or be withdrawn.

Flights are operated by holders of a valid Air Operator Certificate, who keep operational control of the aircraft. Your quote names the operator for your flight.

We work to keep the site accurate and available but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the website itself. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kenyan consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute.
