Discretion is part of what we offer. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we protect it.
01Who we are
Navair Charters Limited (“Navair”, “we”) operates navairchartersltd.co and is the data controller for personal data collected through it, under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019. Questions about this policy or your data: bookings@navairchartersltd.co or +254 112 611 036.
02What we collect
We only collect what you give us, plus the minimum needed to run and protect the site:
- Trip requests: your name, email, phone, company (if given), routes, dates, number of passengers, aircraft preference, extras and any notes you add, including health or accessibility needs you choose to tell us about.
- Enquiries: what you enter in the contact form.
- Bookings: once you confirm a flight, passenger names and travel document details required by the operator and border authorities. We collect these directly from you, not through this website.
- Security data: your IP address, held briefly in counters that limit repeated submissions. They expire within a day.
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
03How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare quotes and arrange your flight and ground services.
- To contact you about your trip by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- To meet legal, aviation and immigration requirements.
- To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
05How long we keep it
Requests that do not become bookings are deleted within 24 months. Booking records are kept for as long as tax and aviation rules require, usually seven years.
06Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use or withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at bookings@navairchartersltd.co or +254 112 611 036. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (odpc.go.ke).
07Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the latest version at the top.
